TO PURCHASE A YEARBOOK BABY AD FOR YOUR GRADUATE ONLINE: 

First, you must set up an account through Buy the yearbook

• CHOOSE THE TYPE OF AD YOU WANT TO PURCHASE 
• SELECT ADD TO CART
• SELECT GO TO CART THEN CHECKOUT NOW IF YOU CART LOOKS CORRECT
• FILL OUT ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION THEN PLACE ORDER

If you are unable to purchase your Yearbook or senior baby ad through Buy the yearbook, you can make an in-person purchase at the RVHS Bookkeeper’s Office during office hours. Payment methods include cash, card, or check.

RECOMMENDED SENIOR PORTRAIT SPECIFICATIONS FOR YEARBOOK:

In previous years, senior photo submissions that did not apply the following criteria resulted in poor image quality in the yearbook. Therefore, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that students follow these senior photo specifications:

•  Photos must be HEADSHOTS, framed from the shoulders up. Non-headshots or full body shots will be cropped into headshots.
•  Photos must be in full color. No black & white or sepia tones will be accepted
•  Photos must be in focus. If cropping your portrait to make it a headshot results in pixilation, your school I.D. photo will be used instead.
•  Face must be easy to see with no dark shadows or obstructions.
•  Photos must contain only you. (No friends, pets, props, etc.).
•  Submissions must be in the vertical or “portrait” format.
•  No “selfies”.
•  Submissions must be taken with an at least 10 megapixel camera, 300 dpi and file max of 5 MB.
•  Submissions must be submitted electronically in .JPEG format. Physical prints of photos will not be accepted.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Senior portraits can be submitted via:

• Upload to the 2026 RVHS Senior Picture submission form
• Email as an attachment to Dawn Lillis.  Email Dawn
• Bring your photo storage device to the RVHS Student Management Office (SMO) or the RVHS Yearbook classroom (A202) for downloading.
