New Enrollment and Returning Student Process

The following information is required for enrollment @ Ridgeview High School. Please go to the necessary tab (located at the bottom of this page) for the complete online enrollment process. ( if your student has attended the Redmond School District in the past, they are not considered new to the district) Please reach out to the Registrar for assistance if you are unsure. 

*During the summer hours our response times are varied.

• Address Verification: driver’s license, ID, current utility bill, escrow papers, or rental agreement.
• Immunization Records: Every student must have proof of immunization.
• Official Birth Certificate: All students must be registered with the legal name that appears on their birth certificate, passport or SS card.
• Unofficial Copy of Transcript: This document must come from the previous school and show classes and grades that the student has taken, needed for proper placement.
• Once you have all of the required information above, bring it in to the registrar or email, Mercedes Cook-Bostick.
• Special Education Records: Must have Latest IEP, Statement of Eligibility and psychological testing if student participates in a Special Education Program, ELL Testing scores are requested if applicable.
• Withdrawal or final grades: This is only needed if a student is enrolling before the semester or trimester ends.
• Special Residential Circumstances

*Assumption of Responsibility: If a student will be residing without his/her parents with another relative or family. Family needs to complete a notarized letter or power of attorney giving authorization to another to be the caregiver of that student.

*Individual Inter-District Attendance Agreement Permit: If a student lives in the RVHS Boundary and wants to attend RHS parent must complete Transfer request by May of that school year.These are reviewed by the Principals at both schools. * Please note this can take up to 48 hours or longer for approval.  If a student lives outside of the Redmond School District and would like to attend Ridgeview High School, they would have to start the Assigned District ( Out of District) Transfer process with their School District.
