Dear Raven Students and Families-

Counseling assignments are being adjusted for the 24-25 school year and will be as follows:

Mr. Burke: Last Names A-G (All Grades)

Ms. Gano: Last Names H-M (All Grades)

Mr. Albrecht: Last Names N-Z (All Grades)

Your counselor can help with academic planning in high school, post-high school planning, and social-emotional needs. If you have any needs related to special education or IEP services, please reach out to your student’s case manager/ERC teacher.

Counselors will not return to the building until mid-to-late August and will not check their email until then. Schedules will be shared with students and families on August 30th.

If you have any questions or concerns about student class schedules, please complete this Google Form. Filling out the Google Form ensures we see everyone’s requests and that schedules can be worked on promptly. The more specific and clear you can be with your request, the better. Please do not email your counselor for schedule requests or schedule concerns.

If you need to set up a meeting with your counselor before the school year starts, please wait until August 7th and call Mercedes Cook-Bostick (RVHS Registrar and Counseling Secretary) at (541)504-3600 ext. 6020. She will help you set up a meeting time.
