I grew up in the small town of Weed, in northern California. After graduating from Weed High School in 2000, I attended College of the Siskiyous for two years. After completing an associate’s degree at COS, I transferred to Oregon State University in Corvallis. I graduated from OSU in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and earned a master’s degree in Science Education from OSU in 2005.
I started my teaching career at Terrebonne Community School, where I taught middle school science from 2005-2009. Next, I taught math and science at Redmond High School from 2009-2012. In the fall of 2012, I started working at Ridgeview. I love teaching here at RV and feel blessed to say that I look forward to coming to work each day.
While at Oregon State, I met and fell in love with my wife, Lydia. We now have two children,Olivia and Caleb, who have their daddy wrapped around their fingers. We love living in Redmond and taking advantage of all the opportunities our community and the surrounding areas offer. Redmond has truly become our home and I look forward to serving our community for many years in the future.
